Context

With many of the experts present at our regional COP15, we developed the idea of a pilot project to meet international targets for biodiversity protection in the Outaouais that would have three phases: (1) a portrait of natural environments and their state of degradation, (2) an action plan for species restoration and conservation, and (3) social marketing
